By creating a Sympol account you agree to these terms.

Who can use Sympol

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Sympol is only available to people living in Bangladesh, with a Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You may have one account, and the information you provide must be true.

Your conduct

You agree to follow the Community guidelines. You are responsible for what you post and send. Don’t use Sympol for anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh, for commercial solicitation, or to harm others.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Sympol permission to store and display it as needed to run the service — for example, showing your profile and delivering your messages.

Moderation

We may remove content, warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, and may keep limited information about banned accounts to prevent them from returning.

Safety

Sympol does not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee how people behave. Use the block and report tools, and take sensible precautions when meeting anyone in person.

The service

Sympol is free to use and provided “as is” without warranties. Features may change. You can stop using Sympol and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know in the app.
